为研究不同工况下轴承预紧力对电主轴轴承动力学的影响规律,基于外轨道控制理论,建立了一种以旋滚比可优化的轴承预紧力动力学模型。通过分析高速状态下滚动体载荷和特征参数动态变化过程,构建综合考虑滚动体滚动、自旋转、陀螺运动和离心力的轴承动力学分析模型,在此基础上,计算旋滚比动态变化结果;研究Jones发现的阈值与旋滚比之间的动态定量映射关系;以轴承滚动体打滑状态为优化目标,使用MATLAB仿真分析不同工况下轴承最佳预紧力。建模分析表明,轴承旋滚比大小可以反映轴承预紧效果,也可实现轴承预紧力动态定量优化。 相似文献

The efficiency of various techniques pulsed electric field (PEF), ultrasound (US), high‐pressure microfluidisation (HPMF), hydrochloric acid (HCl) and ionic liquids (ILs) for cell wall disruption in astaxanthin extraction from Haematococcus pluvialis was compared. The results indicated that ILs, HCl and HPMF treatment were shown the most efficient for cell disruption with more than 80% astaxanthin recovery. While the cell wall integrity of H. pluvialis cyst cell was less affected by US and PEF treatment. It was found that imidazolium‐based ILs showed the greater potential for cell disruption than pyridinium‐based and ammonium‐based ILs. Among all the ILs examined, 1‐butyl‐3‐methylimidazolium chloride ([Bmim] Cl) exhibited efficient cell disruption and capability of astaxanthin recovery at mild condition (pretreatment with 40% IL aqueous solution at 40 °C, followed by extraction with methanol at 50 °C) without extensive energy consumption and special facility requirement. AbstractWith the rapid progress of information technologies, cars have been made increasingly intelligent. This allows cars to act as cognitive agents, i.e., to acquire knowledge and understanding of the driving habits and behavioral characteristics of drivers (i.e., driving behavioral fingerprint) through experience. Such knowledge can be then reused to facilitate the interaction between a car and its driver, and to develop better and safer car controls. In this paper, we propose a novel approach to extract the driver’s driving behavioral fingerprints based on our conceptual framework Experience-Oriented Intelligent Things (EOIT). EOIT is a learning system that has the potential to enable Internet of Cognitive Things (IoCT) where knowledge can be extracted from experience, stored, evolved, shared, and reused aiming for cognition and thus intelligent functionality of things. By catching driving data, this approach helps cars to collect the driver’s pedal and steering operations and store them as experience; eventually, it uses obtained experience for the driver’s driving behavioral fingerprint extraction. The initial experimental implementation is presented in the paper to demonstrate our idea, and the test results show that it outperforms the Deep Learning approaches (i.e., deep fully connected neural networks and recurrent neural networks/Long Short-Term Memory networks). 相似文献

We analyze the feasibility of a novel, hydrogen fuel cell electric generator to provide power with zero noise and emissions for myriad ground based applications. The hydrogen fuel cell electric generator utilizes a novel, scalable apparatus that safely generates hydrogen (H2) on demand according to a novel method, using a controlled chemical reaction between water (H2O) and sodium (Na) metal that yields hydrogen gas of sufficient purity for direct use in fuel cells without risk of contaminating sensitive catalysts. The sodium hydroxide (NaOH) byproduct of the hydrogen producing reaction, is collected within the apparatus for later reprocessing by electrolysis, to recover the Na reactant. The detailed analysis shows that the novel, hydrogen fuel cell electric generator will be capable of meeting the clean power requirements for residential and commercial buildings including single family homes and light commercial establishments under a wide range of geographic and climatic conditions. 相似文献

为了研究低速水下循迹监测航行器的水动力学性能数值计算问题,采用FLUENT软件和SST剪切应力输运模型,通过雷诺时均N-S方程分析流速一定的情况下,取不同攻角、不同水平舵角作为来流条件,研究未安装推进器以及安装推进器且其安装位置不同时,航行器的升力系数、俯仰力矩系数、表面压力分布和流场速度的变化规律。结果表明:在未安装推进器以及推进器的安装位置不同时,随着攻角的变化,升力系数呈线性变化,俯仰力矩系数呈非线性变化;随着水平舵角的变化,升力系数和俯仰力矩系数呈线性变化。当推进器安装在航行器头部时,对航行器流场压力和流场速度变化影响最大;当安装在航行器尾部时,对二者影响最小。对于低速航行器,应尽量将推进器安装在中间靠后位置,以提高航行器的水动力性能。升力系数的试验结果与数值仿真结果之间最大相差7. 51%,阻力系数的试验结果与数值仿真结果最大相差5. 84%,均吻合较好。研究结果可以为低速水下循迹航行器的优化设计和发展提供理论参考。 相似文献

随着风能资源的广泛应用,机组组合问题求解愈显复杂。以减少煤耗费用提高系统经济性为目标,提出一种采用遗传萤火虫算法求解含风电电力系统机组组合问题的新方法。引入遗传算法双矩阵通路判断及约束修复策略,提高了初始解生成质量及产生速度;再利用萤火虫算法求解连续负荷经济优化分配,给出自适应交叉概率,从而提高了算法的收敛速度。应用所提算法对经典10机系统优化仿真表明,与其他算法相比,该方法能合理安排机组组合,提高系统供电的经济性,具有较好的实用价值。 相似文献

In this paper, we propose an improved torque sensorless speed control method for electric assisted bicycle, this method considers the coordinate conversion. A low-pass filter is designed in disturbance observer to estimate and compensate the variable disturbance during cycling. A DC motor provides assisted power driving, the assistance method is based on the real-time wheel angular velocity and coordinate system transformation. The effect of observer is proved, and the proposed method guarantees stability under disturbances. It is also compared to the existing methods and their performances are illustrated through simulations. The proposed method improves the performance both in rapidity and stability. 相似文献

将17-4PH不锈钢锻棒固溶处理后油冷,然后选择在最佳的时效温度480 ℃时效保温0~5 h后空冷。通过光学显微镜(OM)、超景深显微镜、XRD、显微硬度仪等测试方法观察固溶、时效过程的组织演变和分析其沉淀硬化机理;采用电阻仪间接测试ε-Cu相动态时效析出过程对电阻的影响;并利用摩擦磨损试验机测试其耐磨性能。研究发现:17-4PH不锈钢固溶和时效过程没有残留奥氏体和逆转变奥氏体出现,热处理后出现板条状和块状两种马氏体形态,板条状马氏体硬度高于块状马氏体,随着时效时间的延长,两种马氏体硬度同步上升,时效析出明显提高了固溶态组织的硬度;时效2.0~2.5 h附近强化效果和耐磨性能最弱,可能与ε-Cu 相长大及与位错交互作用有关;硬度随时效时间的变化趋势与电阻正好相反。 相似文献
